The Erlangshan Scenic Area is a national 2A-level tourist attraction. Located in Shanmen Town, Tiedong District, in the southeastern part of Siping City, Jilin Province, it can be directly accessed by taking Bus No. 5. It is 11 kilometers from Siping City. This is a comprehensive tourist destination that integrates cultural, historical, and natural landscapes. Established in September 1993, it is built on Erlang Mountain in Shanmen, which stands at an altitude of 293 meters, covering a total area of 150,000 square meters. The area boasts naturally exquisite and spectacular landscapes, as well as rich and profound cultural and historical attractions. Along the hiking path, there are 239 steps, and a 150-meter-long antique-style corridor is constructed along the karst mountain ridges. The scenic area features attractions such as Qingyun Temple, the God of Wealth Hall, Guanyin Hall, Erlang God Palace, the Eighteen Levels of Hell, Ghost City of Fengdu, Emperors' Gathering Palace, Beautiful Women & Celebrities Palace, and Journey to the West Palace. On the 8th, 18th, and 28th days of the fourth lunar month each year, the Erlangshan Temple Fair is held, attracting large numbers of visitors and worshippers, with local opera performances taking place outside the temple during the event.

Shanmen Town: Shanmen Town, under the jurisdiction of Tiedong District in Siping City, is located 3 kilometers southeast of Siping City. It borders Lishu County of Jilin Province to the east and Changtu County of Liaoning Province to the west. The town covers a total area of 181.7 square kilometers, with the town government overseeing 13 administrative villages and one neighborhood committee. The town has a population of 29,000.

The area enjoys convenient transportation with well-connected road networks. City buses run directly to the town, and the Shenyang–Changchun Expressway passes through it. Changchun Airport is just a one-hour drive away.
