The ruins are located 2 li south of Jingu Reservoir in Dexin Township. The site dates back approximately 2700 to 2000 years, corresponding to the early Eastern Zhou period in the Central Plains area. It is a prehistoric site. The dwelling remains are rectangular semi-subterranean structures, with four rows of orderly arranged postholes or foundation stones on the living surface. The hearth site has a diameter of 60 cm and a depth of 20 cm, located slightly east of the central axis of the house. Unearthed artifacts include axes, stone knives, stone spears, pottery jars, and more. The protected area extends 50 meters north, 100 meters west, to the reservoir in the east, and to the foot of the mountain in the south, with this stele as the reference point.
