The Shenyang Urban Planning Exhibition Hall officially opened to the public on October 13, 2010. It is a comprehensive exhibition facility integrating multiple functions and services such as urban planning displays, science education, special exhibitions, and conference hosting.

The hall covers a land area of 15,000 square meters and a construction area of 25,000 square meters. It is situated at the southeast corner of Shenyang Science Popularization Park, featuring a pleasant environment and convenient transportation. Together with nearby attractions such as the Shenyang Library, Shenyang Science Palace, and Shenyang Children’s Activity Center, it forms part of the city’s cultural architecture cluster.

The Shenyang Urban Planning Exhibition Hall has become a showcase for the city’s image and a platform for promoting urban planning and development.
