Huanhai Park is situated in the central area of Changhai County, Dalian City. It follows the shoreline of Sikuishi Bay, backed by mountains and surrounded by the sea, in an arc-shaped linear layout. The park spans a curving length of 1,650 meters and covers an area of 90,000 square meters. It features over 20 varieties of trees—such as ginkgo, yew, silk tree, hibiscus, boxwood, weeping willow, flowering plum, and dragon juniper—and over 40 types of flowers, including canna, sea rose, rose, narcissus, and crabapple.

The park includes multiple pavilions, marine animal sculptures, squares, and fitness areas. Among them, the musical fountain square is the largest square in the county town and is fully equipped. At night, it is illuminated by sparkling rose-themed lights, making it a popular gathering spot for visitors.
