Yinniu Bay Beach, located on the southeastern coast of Dachangshan Island, is renowned for its rare golden sandy beach. The shoreline features fine, soft sand, with a gently sloping beach and fine sand extending across both the intertidal and subtidal zones. It stretches approximately 300 meters from east to west, with a 200-meter-long coastal strip. During low tide, about 100 meters of sandy tidal flats are exposed, making it one of the most well-regulated beaches in Changhai County.

In July 2006, Yinniu Bay Beach was rated as one of Dalian’s Summer 3S Tourist Beaches. Adjacent to Dachangshan Island Civilian Airport—the first county-operated civil airport in China—and located near Jinpen Port, which connects Greater and Lesser Dachangshan Islands, it is a famous scenic and resort area.

The beach area includes the Golden Coast Holiday Hotel and offers a variety of recreational facilities such as Seafront Homes. To its north lies a zone of fisherman-style guesthouses, making it an ideal destination for accommodation, sightseeing, and bathing. The beach is open to the public free of charge, attracting large numbers of visitors each year. Over ten thousand guests stay at the Golden Coast Holiday Hotel alone.
