Changlongde Manor is a cultural heritage site protected by Liaoning Province.

Changlongde Manor, built in 1860 (the tenth year of the Xianfeng reign during the Qing Dynasty), is one of the largest and best-preserved landlord manors in Northeast China.

Covering an area of approximately 70 acres, it originally had 220 rooms (68 remain today). It is one of the largest and best-preserved landlord manors in the region. In 1993, it was officially designated as a key cultural heritage protection site by the Dalian Municipal People's Government.

Nestled in Ronghuashan, Zhuanghe, for 150 years, Changlongde Manor at its peak employed 300 servants and 40 guards. The Li family, who were among the earliest migrants from Shanxi to Dalian, rose to prominence and were once referred to by Empress Dowager Cixi as "the second wealthiest family in Northeast China." This vast commercial group, far from the hustle and bustle, isolated in a remote corner, made the small mountain village its headquarters and created one business miracle after another.
