Yong'an Beacon Tower

Yong'an Beacon Tower is a cultural relic protection unit of Liaoning Province.

Yong'an Beacon Tower is located on a small hill to the northeast of Xintai Zi Village, Zanzihe, Pikou Town, Pulandian City, Liaoning Province. The beacon tower is built with brick and stone. Its base is constructed from granite, while the main body is made of blue bricks. Beneath the tower lies a rectangular earthen platform, believed to be the foundation of a surrounding wall, measuring 22 meters in length from east to west, 26.5 meters from north to south, and 1 meter in height.

Yong'an Beacon Tower is one of the better-preserved beacon towers built during the Ming Dynasty. In the Ming era, it served as an important military beacon between Guifu Fort (now Chengzitan Town) and Hongzui Fort (now Xichengzi, Pikou Town), playing a crucial role in defending against enemy invasions.

Protected area: within 20 meters outside the base of the tower.

Construction control zone: the area within 50 meters outside the protected area is designated as Class I construction control zone; the area within 150 meters outside the Class I construction control zone is designated as Class II construction control zone.
