Longwan Beach Scenic Area in Xingcheng
The Longwan Beach Scenic Area in Xingcheng is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.
The Longwan Beach area spans both Xingcheng City and Longgang District, featuring a sandy beach stretching over 3,000 meters in length and 80–100 meters in width. To the north of the bay lies Longwan New District of Huludao City, and the wide South Coastal Road tightly connects the beach with the urban area.
The Longwan Beach has been in use since 1990. Here, mountains meet the sea, the coastline curves gently, fishing boats dot the waters, and the scenery is picturesque and enchanting.
On the hillside to the northwest of the bay stands the uniquely designed "Sea-Viewing Tower." From the tower, visitors can gaze into the distance at the vast expanse of clouds and water, where sea and sky merge into one. The sea breeze blows gently, opening the heart and filling one with grandeur, as if in a heavenly paradise on earth. To the south of the "Sea-Viewing Tower," on the sloping land, lies the "Sea-View Corridor," which winds along the contours of the hill and has two levels from which to enjoy the ocean view.
The corridor is connected to the Sea-Viewing Tower, and leaning on its railing to watch the waves and listen to the sound of the surf instantly brings a sense of comfort.
