Comrade Gao Chongmin (1891–1971) was from Kaiyuan County, Liaoning Province. He served as Vice Chairman of the Northeast People’s Government, Vice Chairman of the Fourth National Committee of the CPPCC, Deputy to the Third National People’s Congress, and Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Democratic League.
