The Gao Chongmin Memorial Hall is a cultural relic protection unit of Kaiyuan City.

Gao Chongmin Memorial Hall: The Gao Chongmin Memorial Hall is located at Chongmin Primary School on Laocheng Street in Kaiyuan City. It was completed in August 1996 and covers an area of 60 square meters. Inside the hall stands a full-length white marble seated statue of Gao Chongmin, along with displays of some personal belongings he used during his lifetime, introductions to his life and achievements, as well as calligraphy inscriptions written by some Party and state leaders and well-known figures.

In May 2015, the Gao Chongmin Memorial Hall was listed as one of the first batch of China History education bases in Tieling City.
