The first Taiwan branch of Kang Ho-dong 678 Baekjeong BBQ, founded by Korean celebrity Kang Ho-dong, opened in Taichung. The official announcement stated it would open on October 25. After one day of business yesterday (the 25th), the store felt the situation was not ideal. Because all dishes had to be prepared fresh and staff were overly nervous, customers experienced long wait times. The store specifically apologized to customers on Facebook. To provide authentic, high-quality meals, business hours from October 26 to 28 will start at 17:30 and continue until ingredients run out.

For customers affected by the delayed opening hours, Kang Ho-dong 678 Baekjeong BBQ will notify compensation plans by phone. Priority will also be given to pre-booked customers on-site. As for those wishing to wait for a table, the store has collected their contact numbers and will notify them when seats become available.
