There’s a sandbox, a slide, and even an open-air library—Taichung’s five-star bathroom glamping site!

Finding a high-quality yet reasonably priced campsite for holiday camping is harder than climbing to the sky. So we had to change our approach—starting with weekday camping instead!!!!

The benefits of weekday camping really go without saying, don’t they? No need for reservations, no deposits, no worries about overcrowding, and no traffic jams—truly embracing the spirit of camping. So this time, we’ll keep it light—just a casual site visit and some notes. The big bear at the entrance greets you happily, and the campsites are arranged from top to bottom.

The biggest highlight of the campsite is this patch of grass and the kids’ favorite—the slide!

The campsite owner is also a camper, no wonder they understand everyone’s needs so well.

This slide and sandbox have unanimously received the highest praise from the little ones.

This time, we chose a campsite on the upper level of the slide. On a Sunday afternoon, with the vast campsite and plenty of spots to choose from, isn’t that just great?

Remember to lay down the plastic mats provided by the campsite before setting up your tent, so you don’t damage the grass.

What a view—the living tent gives you a clear sight of everything the little ones are up to!

First time I’ve seen such a convenient service—camping in the afternoon when it’s scorching hot, and you can still order drinks!

Just try not to drink too much yourself, Dad hasn’t even had a sip yet......

And there are snacks~~~~so convenient! Actually, there are plenty of food options nearby, and you can order meals for delivery for all three meals. The campsite owner will provide a menu for everyone to order from.

Although ordering food is convenient, since we bought a new fire pit, we had to show it off. But don’t use it on the grass, as maintaining the lawn is tough. So after getting the campsite owner’s permission, we made a fire on the cement driveway.

The campsite is full of the owner’s handmade touches—such atmospheric lighting!

Even the toilets look especially beautiful under the night lights.

In the end, we got so caught up in taking star trail photos................

That we forgot about the night view from the mountain—how embarrassing!

And when I first saw the sunrise photos taken by the Cloud Leopard Family, they were truly eye-catching, full of energy. But I could never manage to wake up before the sun shows up, so......... I could only take pictures of the stars!

The most famous feature of Fun Camping is undoubtedly this bathroom with wings!

It even has a hairdryer, so even if you play until you’re drenched in sweat, you don’t have to worry about not having one to dry your hair—how considerate!

There’s one on each level (the lower level bathroom)

The biggest difference between the lower and upper levels is that the lower level is mostly covered in gravel.

And in front of the lower-level bathroom, there’s also a small sandbox area, though it doesn’t have a shade tent.

The bathroom facilities are really top-notch—spotlessly clean. Even the stylish moms praised them as cleaner than their own homes (.....I’m going home right now to clean the toilet).

Another highlight worth mentioning is the kids’ favorite sand play area, which also has a sunshade tent.

Plus, there’s a foot-washing station nearby. These thoughtful amenities show that every detail has been designed with campers in mind.

Of course, besides these recreational facilities, there’s something else we have to talk about............

The campsite actually has a mini library.

When I first saw this wooden pallet area—so spacious and shaded by trees—I thought, “This must be the VIP section.”...

But unexpectedly, the camp owner turned it into a reading area. This is truly the first time I’ve seen such a literary and cozy campsite.

You can really see the camp owner’s handmade woodwork everywhere—it’s clear they put a lot of heart into running this place.

Finally, we noticed that the cage nearby is actually home to adorable little rabbits.

Seeing such cute rabbits just melts your heart.

The staff said it’s time to let the bunnies out for some fresh air and lunch...

Letting the little ones observe small animals up close is a wonderful hands-on experience. After all, there are too many distractions from screens these days—it’s rare to get outdoors, so let’s put those devices aside for a while.

But please don’t chase them around. The staff mentioned that there used to be three rabbits—one was scared to death by a stray dog, another got a stomachache from eating something bad, and this is the last one.

The little rabbit says: I feel safer staying in the cage.

Honestly, it’s so hard to leave...........because the sky is so blue and the grass is so green.

Even though it takes a lot of effort to prepare all this gear each time, it feels so reassuring. Spending more quality time with family and being there for your kids as they grow—these are priceless memories.
