The Japanese crepes at fun tower are truly amazing. I initially thought they were just like regular crepes, but they’re actually incredibly delicate and delicious—truly premium among crepes. Just holding one in your hand, the visual appeal alone is top-notch. It’s such an irresistible dessert!!

This fun tower Japanese crepe shop is a small business that has expanded from southern Taiwan. It’s located in an alley within the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. There’s quite a bit of foot traffic here, so it’s not hard to find!!! Both inside and outside the store feature a consistent pink-themed design full of girlish charm—the space is small but beautiful!

The shop notes that because they use high-quality cream, they don’t recommend takeout. It’s best to eat it on the spot or while walking. We ate ours in the store that day—how could we let such a delicate dessert sit around for too long?? However, the shop is really quite small, so if there’s no seating, you can also eat it while walking. It’s the perfect distance from here to the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park to finish it off.

Even just the menu is super appealing. Although the prices are around 100 NTD each, which is a bit on the higher side, you’ll realize after eating that the ingredients are top-notch and generous. You’ll want to try every flavor. In the end, we ordered the strawberry caramel créme brûlée crepe, Berry Encounter, and spider crab lobster salad.

This gesture may not look like much, but with just a gentle push, pull, and circle, a crepe is formed. But you also have to ensure the thickness of the crepe is even—that’s the skill. It’s not a particularly difficult thing to do, but it still takes some practice to master.

Fresh out of the oven, it’s warm and soft. Let it cool slightly to help it hold its shape.

Fondant piping.

Slices of bright red, juicy strawberries.

These are créme brûlée crepes supplied in collaboration with the famous Chef Yama from Taoyuan. I bought them years ago—they’re a high-quality dessert with great texture. Just one of these sells for dozens of dollars on its own.

Roll it up like this, and the strawberry caramel créme brûlée crepe is complete.

From left to right: spider crab lobster salad, Berry Encounter, and strawberry caramel créme brûlée crepe.

There’s actually real crab leg meat here, paired with lettuce—it’s super delicious. The texture of the crepe is light and fluffy, the crab leg meat has a sweet flavor, and when sandwiched with lettuce, it’s refreshingly light and not greasy at all.

The Berry Encounter... (text garbled, but appears to describe a berry-flavored dessert with a perfect blend of flavors).

The texture of the strawberry caramel créme brûlée crepe is rich. You just saw them pipe a huge dollop of fresh cream on it. Normally, that much cream would be unbearably rich, but not here. It’s sweet and fragrant with a subtle finish. The quality is truly excellent—it’s not heavy at all. OMG, plus the crispy outside and chewy inside texture of the créme brûlée crepe makes it both beautiful and delicious!!!! You’d need to eat two to feel satisfied—it’s so good even friends who don’t usually like sweets will fall in love with it!

The actual size—it feels like even the Statue of Liberty should switch to this one!!!!!

The spider crab flavor is truly luxurious!!

It’s really super delicious and satisfying.
