First-Class Hotel Opens in Taichung at Affordable Prices Starting from NT$2,000 for a 5-Star Experience

Taichung’s new hotel, “First-Class Hotel,” has officially opened its Green Park Boulevard branch on December 1, featuring a clean and sleek style with a cabin-themed design.

The hotel’s style is modeled after first-class airplane cabins and also offers first-class-level service. The decor blends modern minimalism with aviation-themed elements.Lin Shuhhan, the operations director of First-Class Hotel Taichung Green Park Boulevard Branch, said that since it’s a newly opened location, the design is more streamlined than the Taipei branch, featuring updated aesthetics and greater overall refinement. A new night view-themed room type has also been added to offer guests more options.

In terms of room types, there are a total of 98 guest rooms, including a variety of options such as doubles, quadruples, and six-person rooms. Lin Shuhhan mentioned that over half of the 98 rooms are quadruple rooms, followed by doubles and six-person rooms. Each room has a ceiling height of 3 meters and an area of over 8 pyeong, averaging about 11 pyeong per room. Room rates are affordable, starting at approximately NT$2,000 on weekdays. They come equipped with comfortable large beds from well-known brands and the same quality linens as 5-star hotels, along with 50T LCD flat-screen TVs and cozy cabin-style chairs.

Details have also been enhanced with features like reading lamps and small bedside lights, creating an atmosphere akin to being in an airplane’s first-class cabin. All rooms offer free Wi-Fi so guests can stay connected and look up travel information anytime. Lin Shuhhan also noted that the hotel is primarily targeting independent travelers and business guests, offering mostly quad rooms that are ideal for families, friends, or groups of female travelers.
