In order to differentiate itself from regular buffet restaurants and to continue promoting the culinary skills of celebrity chefs who have previously collaborated with Regent, at the start of 2016, the “Regent Grand Fine Dining Gallery” will make its debut in the Parkview Hall. With the concept of a boutique shop-within-a-shop, it will create a distinct high-platform dining area overlooking Taipei’s 14th and 15th Parks. The space will be adorned with candle centerpieces and floral arrangements, and feature a dedicated dining butler. Guests can enjoy not only the wide selection of buffet dishes on offer, but also à la carte appetizers, main courses, and desserts prepared by guest celebrity chefs. The goal is to deliver an abundant yet refined, luxurious and exclusive buffet-style dinner experience. At the same time, the hotel will also launch the “Fine Dining Regent - One Night, Two Meals” accommodation package starting January 11th, with promotional prices beginning from 9,500 RMB, allowing guests to easily check in and enjoy fine dining.

Upon being seated in the Parkview Hall’s “Regent Grand Fine Dining Gallery,” guests can enjoy appetizers placed directly on the table. After helping themselves to salads and soups from the buffet, the main course will be served. In January, the highlights include an incredibly tender gourmet steak infused with Sichuan peppercorns, Japanese okra, and onions, or a Boston lobster dish paired with a rich oxtail sauce and barley that perfectly complements the firm and springy texture of the lobster meat. Throughout the meal, guests can still visit the buffet to sample a wide variety of other dishes. The “Regent Grand Fine Dining Gallery” in the Parkview Hall offers an enhanced fine-dining option for weeknight dinners (originally priced at 1,290 RMB for weeknight dinners), with an additional 500 RMB for the incredibly tender gourmet steak set meal and an extra 800 RMB for the Boston lobster.
