Established in 1930, it emphasizes that if you want the freshest noodles, you have to eat them in-store. The skilled chefs make the noodles on-site and cook them fresh for customers. Since it’s only open for one hour each day, noodle lovers need to line up early to get a taste~
Nichiritsu Seizoujo offers two types of meals: hot udon or cold udon. But no matter which you choose, aside from differences in bowl style, the bowl only contains boiled noodles. The broth and toppings are added by you~

A bowl of freshly made udon here costs just 450 yen for two people, and many people end up buying a bag of dried noodles to take home.
