Baxianshan Forest Recreation Area is located in Heping District, Taichung City. Drive to kilometer 33 on Provincial Highway 8 and turn right to reach the destination. Plum blossom enthusiasts can also take a roughly five-minute walk from the Visitor Service Center to the foot-soaking area, where cool mountain spring water awaits for children to soak their feet and play.
