It feels like you've arrived in Europe！ Nestled in Eastern Taiwan, this standalone cottage garden homestay

Beinan Township in Taitung boasts an unspoiled mountainous landscape. It’s a bit far from the city, so driving there is recommended. The Migratory Bird Style Homestay is tucked away in a peaceful and expansive field, featuring an American pastoral architectural style. Its large yard is filled not only with greenery and blooming flowers but also exudes a strong rural charm. With blue skies, white clouds, the fresh air of Taitung, and the scent of grass, staying in these Western-style cottage suites gives off an exotic vibe. You’ll feel completely relaxed, and even without a set itinerary, your soul will feel fulfilled. A carefree vacation is just that easy and delightful.

This time on my trip to Taitung, I didn’t plan any itinerary and simply enjoyed this beautiful American-style pastoral space to the fullest at the homestay. This Migratory Bird Style Homestay is located in Beinan Township, Taitung. It’s at least a 10-minute drive from the city center and situated in the countryside — very quiet and rural.

From outside the homestay, you can see the mountain scenery veiled in mist…

Nestled among lush woods stands the Migratory Bird Style Homestay, with its American garden country-style design.

There’s also a large dog park here. The homestay owner keeps many pedigreed dogs, but since the homestay is all in the back garden area, you can’t hear any barking — it’s very quiet.

The exotic architecture paired with the garden scenery truly makes you feel like you’re in Europe or America～

Just a simple arrangement with flowers creates a European country vibe～

The vast yard is not only well-organized but also full of blooming flowers — super relaxing.

The guest accommodations are all located at the back of the garden. Most are standalone cottages, so a group of three or five friends could easily book an entire one！

You’ll be charmed by the beautiful little flowers outside even before entering the homestay！

Two people can rent out this entire little wooden house！ The space is huge, and you don’t have to worry about disturbing others.

Next to the floor-to-ceiling windows, sunlight pours into the room… The white, elegant bed is refined and charming～

In addition to the bed, there’s also a vanity, a fridge, and more...

There’s also a small living room with a TV.

The bathroom is so big it could probably fit five people！ It’s fully stocked with amenities and has a classic, elegant style.

The night view here is also great for photos！

This is the beautiful night view from my little wooden house.

Lush greenery, blooming flowers, blue skies, white clouds, plus warm lighting — the nighttime scenery at Migratory Bird Style is just as lovely as the daytime！

When the lights come on at night, the soft, cozy glow highlights the evening and adds to the homestay’s exotic atmosphere.

The little wooden house in the forest is truly beautiful. Here, you can do nothing but simply soak in the tranquil, natural surroundings — how refreshing and pleasant.

The main building is the restaurant and also where the homestay owner lives！ Eating is not allowed in the rooms, so if you bring takeout food back to the homestay, please eat in the restaurant first before returning to your room.

Morning and night, the same angle offers completely different moods.

Breakfast is also served in the restaurant. The homestay owner hinted that breakfast would be quite a surprise.

Wow！！ This is the exquisite breakfast handmade by the homestay owner — it’s my favorite Western-style breakfast！！ There’s bread, toasted bread, yogurt, salad and fruit, eggs, hash browns, bacon, German sausages, vegetables, and more… After eating this nutrient-packed breakfast, I think I’d be full until afternoon tea XD

The yogurt is also homemade by the homestay owner — super talented！ I love it??
