Romantic White Valentine’s Day Awaits: Guagua Mountain to Close Streets for “Daydreaming” Event on the 12th

The annual White Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and you still haven’t decided how to spend it?Changhua County is holding a “Daydreaming Lovers’ Night” event early, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the 12thon the plaza of the County Art Museum and its surroundings, where the public can enjoy song and dance performances, a movie, games, snacks, and explore the market to experience a Valentine’s Day unique to Guagua Mountain.

According to the Changhua County Government, on the day of the eventthere will be piano performances, song and dance shows, freshly made light meals from food trucks, a romantic cultural and creative goods exhibition, 30 board games available for free borrowing, and a starlight cinemafor visitors to enjoy and share a romantic night. Additionally, participants can join interactive games to win champion prizes such as lover’s watches, and senior couples showing valid documents can even take a horse carriage ride around the venue.

In support of the event,the art museum will stay open until 9 p.m., and both directions of Dongmin Street and Guashan Road in front of the museum will be closed. Parking spaces on Dongmin Street within the controlled area will be cleared.Wei Minggu, Magistrate of Changhua County, stated that they are considering moving the “Daydreaming Day” event to Guagua Mountain in the future, integrating it with recreational facilities such as the skywalk, to bring back the charm of Guagua Mountain.
