Founded in 2014, Klook focuses primarily on travel experience bookings. Users can search for themed travel experiences online, make reservations, and pay—all on the platform. It also exclusively offers an “instant confirmation” service that allows for immediate booking confirmation. Gnock Fah pointed out that the platform targets young people who enjoy trying new things and seek deeper travel experiences. “Booking via the app fulfills the needs of young travelers who want to plan their trips on the go.”

Gnock Fah added that independent travelers often face challenges such as scattered information, language barriers, and unclear or inconsistent pricing when searching for destination details after booking flights and accommodations. Klook offers over 2,000 handpicked popular and unique travel experiences across more than 30 Asia-Pacific destinations. Over 80% of these experiences have been personally reviewed by experience scouts—even airport transfers are test-driven before being offered to customers.
