"Crystal Champion Beef Noodles" under the Regent International Hotel Group officially launched in Japan on March 26, now available for sale at WIRED TOKYO 1999 inside Tsutaya Bookstore’s Shibuya store in Tokyo. Customers can choose between clear-broth or red-braised flavors, with each bowl priced at 1,200 Japanese yen. This marks another international market for the brand’s beef noodles following Hong Kong.

In addition, WIRED TOKYO inside Tsutaya Bookstore’s Songshan Station Front Store has been exclusively selling both flavors of these beef noodles since March 21, priced starting at 280 Taiwanese dollars per bowl.
Beef noodles have long been a popular dish at Regent Hotels, with both clear-broth and red-braised versions enjoying a solid fan base. Thanks to the Tourism Bureau’s overseas promotions and word-of-mouth from visitors to Taiwan, many international tourists have specifically sought them out.

Since opening in November 2017, Tsutaya Bookstore’s Songshan Station Front Store—with its street view rivaling that of Tokyo’s Daikanyama—has become one of the must-visit cultural check-in spots for tourists in Taipei. This time, through a limited-time exclusive menu launched by WIRED TOKYO’s Japanese parent company in collaboration with the Regent Group, visitors to Songshan in Taipei can enjoy this renowned local Taiwanese dish.
