The “Floral Strawberry Latte,” now available in Taiwan in sync with Japan, features a unique spring flower syrup made from natural damask rose, lavender, elderflower, and hibiscus, blended with freshly stewed strawberries to create a latte with rich layers of flavor.

Floral Strawberry Latte | Recommended price NT$170, now available in sync with Japan.

Also making its debut on March 29 is the “Floral Pound Cake,” which offers distinctive flavors: the “Hibiscus Pound Cake” is baked with aromatic hibiscus flowers, complemented by a sweet-tart raspberry-like taste; while the “Rose Pound Cake” includes Iranian rose petals in the bake, giving every bite a delicate rose fragrance.

Hibiscus Pound Cake | Recommended price per slice NT$80, available on March 29.

Yamadanishiki Coffee insists on roasting beans in its own roasting lab in Japan before air-freighting them to Taiwan. The Japanese chief baristas Yuuta Maemura and Ayumi Umiya have been stationed long-term at Eslite Spectrum Nanshi in Taipei and Mitsui Outlet Park Taichung since the brand opened stores in Taiwan. In addition to learning simple Chinese to communicate warmly with customers, they also use their exquisite professional skills to hand-brew on-site premium coffee that matches the flavors and multi-layered textures found in Japan.

This spring-limited “Spring Blend Coffee” series features carefully selected medium-roast coffee beans from Honduras in Central America and Kenya in Africa, blended with blood orange, cranberry, and smooth black tea flavors to enhance sweetness and reduce coffee bitterness. The finish is rounded out with a rich yet not overpowering ginger chocolate that warms the body with a sense of spring and leaves a lingering aroma in the mouth.

White Sweet Blend Coffee | Filter coffee recommended price NT$300 (5-pack), its candy-colored packaging exudes fruity aromas from its medium-roast beans.

Yamadanishiki Coffee’s pastel, vibrant candy-colored “White Sweet Blend Coffee” uses medium-roast beans with fruity notes, layering flavors of white grape, blueberry, and citrus. It finishes with hints of brown sugar and honey, delivering a sweet taste reminiscent of just having eaten candy.

Yamadanishiki Tumbler Cup | Recommended price NT$700, limited to 400 units, available in Taiwan ahead of Japan.
