Located on the 3rd floor of Grand Hyatt Macau, mezza9 Macau is inspired by the renowned mezza9 at Grand Hyatt Singapore. It also serves a diverse range of international dishes. As the name suggests, there are nine different culinary experiences, including appetizers, authentic Macanese and Portuguese cuisine, sushi and sashimi, steamed dim sum, Asian stir-fries, Western grill, delightful desserts, a bar, and a wine cellar—all prepared fresh upon order, allowing diners to directly witness the chefs’ masterful skills.

Furthermore, mezza9 Macau boasts a spacious layout, designed by Japanese interior design firm SuperPotato. Across nearly 300 seats, dark rock elements are interspersed among counters and walls, complemented by striking yellow lighting and screens, creating a stylish and trendy ambiance. Notably, the surrounding walls feature numerous vacuum-sealed glass jars filled with dried goods and fruits, while spices and seasoning powders from around the world are also incorporated into the décor—highlighting the extensive range of ingredients used at mezza9.
