The North Coast and Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Administration, Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, is promoting local tourism by hosting the “Love 101 – Capture Your Love in Wedding Photos” photography contest, a scenic photography competition, and a logo design and slogan solicitation campaign for “Jinshan, Wanli, and Bali Hot Springs.” The first prizes for the photography contests are NT$60,000 and NT$30,000 respectively, with submissions accepted from now until October 31. For the hot spring logo design and slogan campaign, the first prize is NT$20,000, along with prizes such as scenic area tickets and hot spring gift vouchers. Submissions are accepted from now until July 31.

In recent years, the North Coast Administration has established the North Coast as an ideal destination for wedding photography. This “Love 101 – Capture Your Love in Wedding Photos” photography competition aims to attract more visitors to Sanzhi, Shimen, Jinshan, Wanli, and Guanyinshan through stunning wedding photos. In addition, the diverse natural landscapes and rich cultural charm of the North Coast and Guanyinshan will be showcased via the “Artistic Journey North Coast – 2012 Scenic Photography Competition,” where participants capture the unique scenery and culture of the region. The first prizes for both competitions are NT$60,000 and NT$30,000 respectively.
The “Jinshan, Wanli, and Bali Hot Springs” area, close to the Greater Taipei metropolitan region, features high-quality and diverse types of hot springs. Coupled with the beautiful scenery of the North Coast, it has become a popular hot spring tourism destination. To enhance the unique characteristics and travel appeal of the hot spring area, the North Coast Administration is also holding a logo design and slogan campaign. Entries can be submitted individually or as a team. The first prize includes NT$20,000, a set of scenic area tickets and hot spring gift vouchers, and a certificate.
