Taichung’s first beverage vending machine is none other than Kappa Tea Lab. The bottles feature the shop’s mascot, the kappa “Xiaolejun,” giving the whole vending machine a distinctly Japanese vibe. There are three flavors in total: Love of the Foreigner, Baby’s Favorite, and Mysterious Milk Dew. Each flavor comes with a uniquely designed bottle cap for easy differentiation. Except for Love of the Foreigner, the other flavors come in small bottles, with a daily limit of 200 bottles. The super cute kappas are simply too adorable to skip the queue for.

2. If Encore
“If Encore” is a vending machine designed with a literary and artistic vibe. With the word “if” representing hope, the shop wishes for customers to rediscover courage and move forward after enjoying their drink. If Milk Tea, If Special Blend, and If Green Milk Tea are the main offerings here, all available in daily limited quantities. The shop has also teased upcoming cupcake offerings, adding to the excitement surrounding this literary-style vending machine.

3. Spoiler Cheese
Taichung’s first “afternoon tea vending machine” is none other than Spoiler Cheese. The star product, cheese, has long been made with milk as the base, and its biggest feature is that it contains no added water, using fresh cream for a rich blend. Though it takes longer to set, the result is a creamy, milky flavor. The fruit jam on top is also made fresh daily, showcasing the shop’s dedication. Additionally, you can also purchase fresh milk tea and cupcakes here, allowing you to enjoy a high-quality afternoon tea experience straight from the vending machine.
