The results were recently announced, with Sanzhi Qingshan Road taking the top spot, followed by Tamsui Hobe Fort Park in second place.

The first-place winner, with over ten thousand votes, is "Sanzhi Qingshan Road," famous for its cherry blossoms every year. In spring, various types of cherry blossoms, including Taiwan cherry, double-flowered cherry, and Yoshino cherry, bloom in succession, painting the area in shades of pink that leave a lasting impression on all who visit. The second-place "Tamsui Hobe Fort Park" not only features internationally renowned historic architecture but also boasts expansive lawns that are lesser known, making it a great spot for family leisure on holidays. The "Wanli Jade Bay Happy Eight Scenic Spots," often recommended by bloggers, and the retro mountain town "Ruifang Jiufen Jishan Street Shuqi Road," adored by foreign visitors, also ranked in the top five. The "Tamsui Fisherman’s Wharf," renowned for its stunning sunset and night views, is also highly popular. Contributors noted that the sight of the Lover’s Bridge reflecting on the Tamsui River, accompanied by the sea breeze, makes it the perfect place to relax. The "Wanli Yehliu Queen’s Head" and "Shimen Laomei Rock Pools" stood out for their unique landforms. Other top 10 attractions include the "Sanxia Manyueyuan Waterfall," "Pingxi Sky Lanterns," and "Wulai Indigenous Village."

To celebrate the Double Ten National Day, many attractions are offering special promotions: If you’re heading to Pingxi, take advantage of the various discounted tickets offered by the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle’s Muzha-Pingxi Line to explore four historic streets. The most popular option is the NT$90 all-day unlimited ride pass. Other choices include the "NT$199 Happy One-Day Pass" and the "NT$520 Happy Couple Ticket." For those visiting the northern coast to enjoy the coastal scenery, present your one-day ticket stub for the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle’s Crown Northern Coast Line to receive a 5% discount on food and retail purchases at Yehliu Geopark’s dining and retail areas. Visitors are welcome to spend their holiday getting close to the area’s natural landforms and relaxing.
With the announcement of the New Taipei Top 10 Most Popular Hidden Gems, the New Taipei Travelers G+ platform is hosting a "Top 10 Most Popular Hidden Gems – Untold Memories" comment-and-draw event.
