“The Little Yellow Duck in Taiwan – Kaohsiung” enters its final three days. To alleviate the holiday crowds during the closing events on October 19 and 20, traffic controls will be implemented around the area. The Transportation Bureau urges citizens to make use of free shuttle buses and other public transportation options to visit the Little Yellow Duck.

The exhibition of the Little Yellow Duck will conclude on October 19 and 20. Kaohsiung City Government has set up a traffic control plan, covering the area from Chenggong 1st Road (excluding) in the east to Haibian Road (including) in the west, from Qingnian 2nd Road (including) in the south to Wufu 3rd Road (excluding) in the north. Bicycle riding is prohibited on the West Harbor Line bicycle path between the starting point near True Love Pier and Qingnian 2nd Road. Control hours: 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM on October 19, and 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on October 20.
Regarding free shuttle buses, on October 19 and 20, the first departure from Exit 1 of Kaohsiung MRT Central Park Station will start at 9:00 AM. On October 19, the last bus from Glory Pier will depart as usual at 11:00 PM. On October 20, to coincide with the closing, the last bus will run until 8:00 PM. During peak hours, bus frequency will increase, with buses running as frequently as every 5 minutes. The route starts from the bus stop at Exit 1 of Kaohsiung MRT Central Park Station and ends at the bus stop in front of Glory Pier. A dedicated public transport lane will be set up along the route. Left turns by vehicles will be prohibited along the route and on Zhonghua Road (from Wufu Road to Guangfu 3rd Street), except for buses.
