The tranquil and comfortable The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Taipei was designed by the internationally renowned design firm Yabu Pushelberg. Spanning two floors with an area of over 1,058 ping (3,500 square meters), it houses an aromatherapy center and a fitness center. The aromatherapy center includes spa facilities and 12 treatment rooms, comprising 6 individual treatment rooms, 4 double treatment rooms, and 2 deluxe VIP double treatment rooms; there is also a beauty salon area, lounge, and spa boutique. The well-equipped fitness center features a multi-functional workout room and an outdoor heated swimming pool, allowing guests to fully relax both body and mind and wash away all fatigue.
Aromatherapy Treatments
The aromatherapy treatments at The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Taipei combine ancient Eastern traditional therapies with modern Western technology. For example, the classic “Gift of Time™” begins with a private aromatherapy consultation to understand each guest’s physical and mental condition, followed by a personalized treatment and custom-blended essential oils to achieve perfect harmony of body, mind, and spirit during the session.
