After relocating, Taipei’s Flower Wholesale Market officially reopened on March 14 this year and has recently become one of the leisure spots for Taipei residents during holidays. Strolling through the market to shop for plants and grow potted plants has also become a fun part of daily life. The new market offers spacious and bright spaces along with modern Dutch-style flower auction facilities. In the future, it will also establish a Joint Office for International Flower Trade, gradually bringing this largest flower wholesale market in the country onto the international stage.

Carnations carry the floral meanings of gratitude, familial affection, and longing, symbolizing love and blessings. Taipei Flower Market specially launches the “Mom’s Blooming Joy ~ Family Floral Fun” Mother’s Day floral gift DIY workshop before Mother’s Day (5/10). Through carnation bouquet DIY sessions led by floral experts, we hope to bring moms unforgettable warmth and touching moments through the innocent hearts of children. The event is completely free, and families are welcome to sign up together!

“Mom’s Blooming Joy · Family Floral Fun” DIY Workshop
*Date: May 10, 2014 (Saturday), 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
*Note: The event is divided into two sessions at 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Pre-registration is required, with 50 groups per session.
*Eligibility: Elementary school students from grade 1 to 6 may register to participate, with one parent accompanying per child. Each group is limited to one session. (One parent-child pair per group)
*Registration Period: From now until May 8. Limited slots available, first come, first served.
