The “Central Park” development, led by architectural teams from Japan and Singapore, takes inspiration from the environmental model of New York’s Central Park. Eleven high-rise buildings have been constructed around the park, designated for residential, office, and retail use. Through natural gas, thermal power generation plants, and special water collection systems, the community achieves self-sufficiency in water and electricity.
