The Sea of Clouds train departs from Ikebukuro Station at 00:29 in the early morning and is expected to arrive at Mitsumineguchi Station in Chichibu at 04:30. Passengers can enjoy both the night view and the sea of clouds there. However, due to the complex weather conditions for forming the sea of clouds, visitors may not be able to see the sea of clouds, but they can still enjoy a unique experience with unlimited drinks and desserts.
