Starting as early as 2016, admission fees will be implemented for certain attractions in three national parks — Kenting, Yangmingshan, and Kinmen. According to the "Approved Report on the Medium-Term Plan of National Parks by the Ministry of the Interior," these three parks will be the first phase of national parks where fees are introduced, with Taroko and Shoushan Nature Park also being considered for future implementation.

● Kenting National Park
In addition to planning admission fees for Kenting National Park, the Ministry of the Interior also requires event organizers of large music festivals such as Spring Scream to pay venue fees. Furthermore, operators applying to run semi-submersible or glass-bottomed sightseeing boats will also be subject to water quality monitoring fees.
→ Kenting Nose Park: NT$30 per person.
→ Night kayaking or night sailing application: NT$300 per session.
→ Outdoor education programs in Kenting: NT$2,000 per session.
→ Kenting Spring Scream Music Festival event: NT$520,000 venue usage fee.
→ Glass-bottomed boat and other marine recreational activities: NT$20,000 water quality monitoring fee per vessel.

● Yangmingshan National Park
Starting in 2016, fees will first be applied to environmental education camp programs, at NT$300 per year, with a limit of 20 participants per session. Applications for elementary school field trips are currently not subject to fees.
Additionally, starting in 2018, some attractions in Yangmingshan will begin charging admission fees.
→ Restricted sites such as Tianxigarden: NT$100 per person, one session each in the morning and afternoon, 30 people per session.
→ Open sites such as Xiaoyoukeng, Qingshuiyan (Chingtiengan), Datun, Erziping, and Lengshuikeng will adopt an integrated vehicle and person fee (NT$3,000 for large buses, NT$1,500 for medium buses, NT$300 for small cars).
→ Lengshuikeng Hot Spring Bathhouse and Ecological Reserve Area: NT$100 usage and permit fee.

● Kinmen National Park
Starting in 2016, Kinmen National Park will introduce admission fees for three zones: “Deyuelou, Overseas Chinese Culture Exhibition Hall, Jingshui Elementary School,” “Zaishan Tunnel,” and “Zhongshanlin Visitor Center, Rushan Visitor Center, Chiang Ching-kuo Memorial Hall.”
→ “Deyuelou, Overseas Chinese Culture Exhibition Hall, Jingshui Elementary School”: combined fee of NT$50 per person.
→ “Zaishan Tunnel, Zhongshanlin Visitor Center, Rushan Visitor Center, Chiang Ching-kuo Memorial Hall”: combined fee of NT$50 per person.
→ “Shuangli Wetland Nature Center, Mashan Observation Post, Jiugong Tunnel, and Lieyu Visitor Center”: NT$30 per attraction.
※ Additionally, a Kinmen National Park combo ticket is available for NT$200, allowing entry to all paid attractions.
