The “Ball Steak,” which became a huge hit in Japan and South Korea, can now be enjoyed in Taipei without flying abroad!“Oh! My Stone” opened on May 21st. Its signature “Ball Steak” is made from U.S. Choice grade beef, with tough sinews removed to leave only tender parts and flavorful marbling turned into ground beef. The meat is then hand-shaped into round balls by chefs and served directly to diners, who get to enjoy the DIY fun of grilling their own steak, creating a unique new steak experience.

The Ball Steak’s iron plate is also thoughtfully designed. A mini hot black stone slab is served along with the steak, allowing diners to grill it directly on the stone. A curved smoke extraction pipe is conveniently installed at the table to quickly remove smoke, ensuring a fresh and comfortable grilling experience.
