A total of 28 countries are included in the initial launch of the iPhone 7, including the United States, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Finland, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Bulgaria, Puerto Rico, Spain, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and Taiwan. The announced prices are USD 649 for the iPhone 7 and USD 769 for the iPhone 7 Plus, with storage options of 16GB, 64GB, and 128GB for the iPhone 7, and 32GB, 128GB, and 256GB for the iPhone 7 Plus. Pre-orders open on September 9, with official sales starting on September 16.

In July, it was also reported that Apple is officially setting up an Apple Store retail outlet in Taiwan, with expectations that it will be located in the Xinyi District, a popular area for international tourists. Rumors suggest it is most likely to be situated at Taipei 101, but the exact location still awaits official confirmation.
