HOYII Taipei Main Station has become a hub for Michelin cuisine. Following Tim Ho Wan, the Michelin one-star ramen shop “Tsuta” — which retained its one-star rating in both 2016 and 2017 — has also set up shop here. Its April 27 opening drew huge crowds. Queue guidelines are listed below. Of course, those who wish to avoid the crowds and queues are advised to steer clear of this area for the time being and come back later.
【Tsuta Opening Queue Guidelines】
Time-slot vouchers are issued daily at 10:00 AM sharp, one per person per visit.
Vouchers are divided into three dining time slots: 11:00–14:00 / 14:00–17:00 / 17:00–21:00. They will be distributed on-site in sequence and specific time slots cannot be requested.
Please keep your time-slot voucher safe. Lost vouchers will not be replaced and are only valid for the designated time slot on the day of issue.
On the day, please join the queue during your designated time slot using your voucher. Dining order will be arranged based on the queue sequence. Actual dining times may vary depending on the situation on-site, so please be patient.
