The Zongzi Cape Coast in the Changbin Industrial Area not only features a beautiful beach but also serves as an important habitat for migratory birds returning north, making it a great spot for birdwatching. Aside from birdwatching, you can also collect seashells or dig for tide crabs on the beach, and the coastal scenery is captivating, offering a wonderful place to enjoy the ocean views.

Local Charm – Xmai Harbor
Xmai Fishing Harbor is located quite close to the Changbin Industrial Area, with the “Qing’an Waterway” connecting it to the western sea, contributing to the harbor’s growing prosperity and increasing numbers of visitors eager for fresh seafood. Visitors heading to the seaside can stop by Xmai Fishing Harbor to enjoy the views of the docks, and most importantly, sample fresh seafood. At the harbor docks, around 3–4 pm each afternoon, fishing boats return from sea with their fresh catch, which is then sold directly at stalls in the harbor market. Visitors can purchase the freshest seafood on the spot, or have it cooked at nearby restaurants—choose your preferred style, whether fried or boiled, all delicious and flavorful.

IGPopular Photo Spot – Clam Barracks
Clam Barracks is a 50-year-old historical site with a unique architectural appearance, exuding a strong military vibe and nostalgic charm. The stone monument “勿忘在莒” (Do Not Forget Ju) standing here is built from clam shells, and the bunker at the entrance has been transformed into an art village and coastal ecological recreation area. It is now a viral spot for outdoor photo shoots, attracting many social media influencers to take photos and check in.
