The Hakka Roundhouse is near the Miaoli HSR Station,
Its architectural style is modeled after the traditional tulou structures of the ancestral homeland in mainland China,
Giving it a strong Hakka character,
There is a circular pathway around the pond nearby,
Walking around it allows you to capture different scenic views
Looking at it from afar,
The entire building has a lot of charm and unique character,
It doesn't seem like you can get a good reflection shot today,
The water ripples are a bit too strong,
Most visitors just walk around the building to take in the surroundings,.
Actually, most of the visitors are from tour groups,
The museum also features exhibits introducing "Traditional Hakka Dwellings,"
Through individual models and text descriptions, you can learn about the architectural styles within the Hakka community,
Including siheyuan (courtyard houses), roundhouses, square buildings, wufeng buildings, and weilongwu (enclosed dragon houses), among others.
