Real-life Noah's Ark – The World’s Most Unique Floating Villa

Dubai has become synonymous with luxury in recent years, continuously creating architectural landmarks that are among the best in the world. In addition to having the tallest tower globally, it is also planning to build the world’s most unique floating villas. Proposed by Dubai-based Kleindienst Group, “The Floating Seahorse” combines the concept of a luxury residence with that of a yacht, creating a one-of-a-kind floating villa. The villa has three floors, not only situated above sea level but also featuring the world’s first underwater villa, resembling a modern-day miniature Noah’s Ark.

The “The Floating Seahorse” stands three stories tall, divided from top to bottom into the deck, lounge area, and underwater bedroom. To create a feeling of harmony with nature, almost all surfaces are made of glass panels. Even the lounge area floating on the water surface features large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering sweeping views of the coral gardens and marine life of the Arabian Gulf.
