As New York’s main international airport and one of the largest airports in the world, it is not only constantly bustling but also boasts an impressive setup of eight terminals and four commercial runways. The airport terminal has a 180-meter transparent glass atrium, creating a magnificent ambiance. The bright and distinctive overall aesthetic of the airport has won the favor of many travelers.

As one of China’s three major international airports, Pudong Airport covers an area of approximately 45 square kilometers. One of its more unique features is that Terminal 2 is a large public building combining extensive steel structures with glass curtain walls. It also houses an “Airport Museum” that displays a variety of artworks, allowing travelers to appreciate art during their wait. The expansive airport, along with its design sensibility, forms a minimalist yet non-monotonous style.

5. Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport
Featuring a Thai minimalist style, Suvarnabhumi Airport is the largest air transit hub in Southeast Asia. Its interior design combines technology and a futuristic feel, with occasional touches of greenery. Covering a vast area about six times the size of Bangkok’s old airport, it houses the world’s largest departure lounge and the tallest airport control tower, which is truly impressive!

Heathrow Airport is one of the busiest international airports in the world. With the use of 90 airlines, it connects to over 170 airports globally. Terminal 2 is designed to let in natural light, utilizing an open indoor layout to create a bright, distinctive atmosphere and spacious environment that makes many visitors pause and take it all in.
