Taipei MRT has teamed up with Longshan Temple to launch adorable peach-pink blessing tickets and vending machines that allow passengers to draw fortune sticks and print out their fortunes—perfect for kicking off the New Year with good luck on the MRT!

This is the first time Taipei MRT has introduced the Lucky Trip (乐吉签) blessing tickets. The name plays on the word “lucky” (Lucky), aiming to bring good fortune to passengers.
The limited-edition Lucky Trip tickets also feature a large “吉” (auspicious/fortune) character printed on them.
Unlike the usual dark blue tickets, the Lucky Trip tickets launched for this event are a festive peach-pink color and also feature a large “吉” character. Aside from being valid for MRT rides, they don’t need to be returned after exiting the station—you can even take them home as a keepsake!
The ticket vending machines have also been designed with a special page where passengers can choose the type of fortune they’d like to draw.
The vending machines offer a special interface with three options—health, career, and love—allowing passengers to select the area they wish to seek guidance on.
After purchasing a ticket, the fortune stick you drew can be printed out as a keepsake.
After your purchase, you can print out your fortune slip to keep as a memento, or scan the QR code with your phone to save a digital version—how thoughtful!

A limited number of 5,000 Lucky Trip blessing tickets will be sold via a designated ticket vending machine in the station. Each ticket costs NT$50, with a limit of two per person. Limited stock—once sold out, they’re gone.
The first 200 buyers will receive a free protective amulet provided by Bangka Longshan Temple.
Notes:
This ticket is a one-time-use MRT fare ticket valid for a single unlimited-distance ride on Taipei MRT. It is not recycled after use and can be kept as a souvenir.
