The well-known Japanese brand “MUJI,” attentive to every facet of daily life, previously expanded its flagship store in Tokyo’s Yurakucho district, launching the first-ever MUJI outlet with a “produce market.” This time, it has opened a new flagship store at the AEON MALL North Tama in Osaka X:, establishing the world’s largest MUJI outlet, spanning approximately 1,300 tsubo (around 4,300 square meters). In addition to produce, the store also offers fresh meat products.

Following the expansion of its Tokyo Yurakucho flagship store, which introduced the first-ever MUJI “produce market,” the new store in Osaka X: North Tama also features a section for fresh fruits and vegetables.
This North Tama store emphasizes food sales, showcasing not only fresh produce but also carefully selected high-quality fresh products from the Kansai region. It offers seafood from Sakaiminato City in Tottori Prefecture, black-haired Japanese wagyu beef from Miyazaki Prefecture, and Tamba chickens from the Tamba region. On-site experts are also available to provide food consultations, offering a truly impressive experience.
In addition to produce, the sale of fresh fish and meat has become a major highlight of the Osaka North Tama MUJI store.
Beyond the fresh supermarket, the Osaka North Tama store also features the familiar MUJI Café & Meal, as well as large furniture and design offerings through “MUJI’s House” services. The store is fully equipped with food, home goods, clothing, and daily necessities, creating a multifunctional shopping destination that provides comprehensive lifestyle services.
The MUJI Café & Meal has also been introduced at the Osaka North Tama store.
A full range of stationery, sundries, and other daily necessities are also available.
