Coffee enthusiasts visiting Japan must make a pilgrimage to the ultra-popular "Kafuu Coffee T2" in Tokyo. Known for its affordable specialty coffee, the café features a literary-style, high-quality aesthetic. In September, Kafuu Coffee T2 opened its first Taiwan branch in Taipei, adding yet another renowned Japanese brand to Taiwan’s lineup of stores.

Originating in Ebisu, Tokyo, Kafuu Coffee T2 specializes in hand-brewed coffee rich in charcoal-roasted aroma. It currently has 10 branches in Tokyo. Last year, it expanded into the ice cream business by combining its existing coffee shops with an ice cream store, launching "Kafuu Coffee & Tikitaka Ice Cream Shop," which became hugely popular.
