To celebrate Tai Tzu-ying’s championship win, McDonald’s is offering a buy one, get one free deal on Big Macs. Just order a Big Mac at the counter or via the Drive-Thru during the promotion period and show the official McDonald’s fan page post. Due to high demand, many outlets have sold out of Big Macs. In response, McDonald’s has announced that if a Big Mac is unavailable, customers can choose any other main meal item numbered 2 to 19 from the restaurant’s menu and still enjoy the buy one, get one free deal.

McDonald’s Taiwan recently collaborated with Tai Tzu-ying to shoot a brand image advertisement, using her story as the theme. McDonald’s also showed strong support for Tai Tzu-ying ahead of the Asian Games, and launched this promotional campaign to celebrate her championship win.
