1. Xiahai City God Temple
Xiahai City God Temple was built in the 9th year of the Xianfeng reign during the Qing Dynasty (1859 AD) and is listed as a municipal third-grade historic site. It enshrines the main deity, the City God of Xiahai, and serves as a faith center for residents of Dadaocheng, making it one of Taipei's well-known matchmaker temples. According to statistics, Xiahai City God Temple has helped bring about over 60,000 successful couples in the past decade.

2. Mengjia Longshan Temple
The Matchmaker (Yue Lao) at Longshan Temple is enshrined in the Moon Altar Hall located in the rear hall and is said to be very efficacious. Remember, if you want to pray to the Matchmaker at Longshan Temple, there is a special procedure to follow: you must first worship the grand Guanyin Bodhisattva, then successively pay respects to Mazu, the God of Literature (Wenchang Dijun), the God of War (Guangong), and other deities, stating your intention before proceeding to see the Matchmaker.

3. Hualien Sheng'an Temple
Sheng'an Temple is the first temple in Hualien to enshrine a Matchmaker. Since its establishment in 2012, it has helped dozens of couples tie the knot.

4. Taichung Lecheng Temple
With a history of over 200 years, Lecheng Temple is a national third-grade historic site. In addition to housing the main deity, the Goddess Mazu of Hanxi, the temple’s second-floor Moon Altar Hall and the God of Wealth are also immensely popular. When you stroll along the Hanxi Old Street and visit Lecheng Temple, take the time not only to experience traditional folk culture but also to seek out a good romantic match.
