The restaurant targets the younger demographic, breaking away from traditional fine dining norms by adding a “teppanyaki-style dining” area where guests can interact closely with the chef, offering a refreshing dining experience in a lively atmosphere. MUCHOYAKI’s lunch set starts at NT$880, with an average spend of around NT$1,500 per person.
The restaurant features a teppanyaki-style dining area with 12 seats.
The name “MUCHOYAKI MUCHO” is derived from the Spanish word “MANY,” aiming to convey abundance and variety to diners. It provides a relaxed dining environment, with a unique teppanyaki space paired with an open kitchen design, totaling 12 seats. This setup simplifies the serving process and allows the chef to engage more closely with discerning guests.
The restaurant has introduced, for the first time, a German-made beef aging cabinet.
The German DRYS AGER beef aging cabinet maintains humidity at around 80% and a temperature of 2–4°C. It offers three aging levels based on duration, providing diverse options for customers: First Dry Aged, Semi Dry Aged, and Super Dry Aged. “First Dry Aged” is aged for about 10 days — the first stage of dry aging; “Semi Dry Aged” is aged for 14–20 days, representing the second stage; “Super Dry Aged” is aged for 20–28 days, delivering the most intense beef flavor.
The restaurant also offers a 1.4KG American premium dry-aged bone-in ribeye steak for guests with bigger appetites.
Catering to those with larger appetites, the restaurant presents a hefty 1.4KG “American premium dry-aged bone-in ribeye steak,” ideal for sharing among four people. The steak’s exterior is crispy and caramelized, sealing in the juices. Priced according to aging level: First Dry Aged at NT$3,980, Semi Dry Aged at NT$4,250, and Super Dry Aged at NT$4,580.
