The annual Christmas season is approaching, and various destinations are hosting festive events to attract visitors. For the first time, Tainan’s Chimei Museum is holding an outdoor Christmas feast where you can not only explore its fascinating exhibitions but also enjoy a music party, a Christmas market, and more. In front of the museum stands a dreamy, giant Christmas tree—perfect for fun and photos!

To celebrate Christmas, Chimei Museum is hosting the “HOHOHO Christmas Weekend” over two weekends in December. Tickets grant access to all activities for one price, and children under 12 can enter for free—making it perfect for family weekend outings and a Christmas visit to the museum.
Activities include viewing a selection of 30 prized exhibits from the museum, a Christmas-themed music party featuring multiple LIVE performances across various music genres, a Christmas market with over 100 booths, and a Santa Claus parade that kids will love!
Additionally, the grand Christmas tree in front of the museum is a highlight of the event. This beautifully romantic tree fills the air with festive cheer. During the day, its dark green branches are adorned with lively gold, silver, and red ornaments, and at night, the tree lights up to become a dazzling golden Christmas tree. Paired with the museum’s classic Western-style architecture, it feels like a romantic scene straight out of Europe.
