As the first performer, when her hand reached the top, suddenly, the safety device she was wearing broke, causing her to fall freely from the 18-foot (about 5.5-meter) high climbing wall to the ground. She was then taken to the hospital by ambulance for examination and treatment. It is reported that she only suffered a concussion and is currently under continued observation.
