Travel Center / Comprehensive Report
The United International Food Group, which founded the takeaway tea drink brand "Chatime," has officially entered the Singapore-Malaysia cuisine market this year. In March, they opened the "MAMAK Stall" restaurant, offering Malaysian dishes. Starting in October, they will add two new main dishes and six side dishes. One of the two main dishes, "Malaysian Wedding Banquet Rice," is an authentic dish that can only be found at Southeast Asian wedding banquets.
In the new October menu, the restaurant's most recommended main dishes are Malaysian Wedding Banquet Rice and Tomyam Noodles. The Malaysian Wedding Banquet Rice is an authentic dish that can only be found at Southeast Asian wedding banquets, much like how oil rice is a must-have at Taiwanese wedding banquets. Additionally, the six new Malaysian-style side dishes include Achar Pickles, Malaysian Fresh Vegetable Chicken Floss, Sambal Anchovy, Grandma’s Sambal Egg, Malaysian Fried Tofu, and Grandma’s Fried Golden Dumplings—each with its own unique flavor.
