This C25 Plus in the Dongcheng area counts many big stars among its regulars, including celebrities Weng Hong and socialite Sun Yunyun, whose visits have made its desserts and afternoon tea all the rage in fashion circles, drawing socialites and ladies who lunch for photo ops. But it’s actually a new brand from a well-known café that’s been around for 20 years. Beyond afternoon tea and sweets, its cast-iron pot dishes, steaks, and burgers are also hugely popular with guests.

The café boasts bright, cozy, and spacious seating. Celebrities who value privacy can even book the basement for private parties. C25 Plus notes that must-try dishes include spicy fried chicken wings, uni seafood pasta, ribeye steak, and pork tomahawk—all fan favorites.

As a spin-off of a café, the desserts are naturally a must-try. The shop’s sweets are gorgeous, and many celebrities vouch for them—actor Zhang Xinyan once recommended them on TV, saying they’re absolutely foolproof!

Since it starts serving brunch at 8 AM, many come early to enjoy the delicious offerings. Brunch is available daily until 2 PM, while desserts are served all day. A special note: the tomahawk steak requires advance reservation, comes in larger portions, and is best shared among about four people.
