As a brand committed to authentic mountain culture, Vasque announced its continued partnership as the official footwear provider for the GoPro Mountain Games, the largest mountain sports, art, and music event in the U.S. This marks the second year of collaboration following their partnership last year.
This year’s GoPro Mountain Games will take place in the town of Vail, Colorado (Vail is a renowned ski resort in the U.S.), from June 4–7, 2015. The event features a variety of mountain and extreme sports including trail running, mud runs, mountain biking, road time trials, bouldering, fly fishing, and kayaking. In addition, there will also be artistic activities such as an outdoor film festival, outdoor photography exhibition, and music festival. This event is going to be epic~~

Participants can visit the Vasque booth to take the “Spirit Animal Test” (everyone has a beast within), and those who complete the test will receive a HooRag bandana featuring their personal “spirit animal.” On Sunday (June 7), all participants will hit the trails in their trail running shoes to compete in one of the toughest 10K trail runs in the U.S., with an elevation gain of 2,700 meters over the 10-kilometer course. This is the Vasque-sponsored Vasque 10K Spring Run-Off.

Vasque Footwear Announces Second Year as the Official Footwear Partner of the GoPro Mountain Games

On Sunday, runners are invited to lace up their trail running shoes and compete in one of the toughest 10Ks in the country, the Vasque 10K Spring Run-Off, a 10K at 9000 feet with challenging mountainous terrain.
